A Card "Thank You" - Trykkpressa Februar

Hi there! Here is my new project - a card "Thank You" for my dear friend. This card is made using Multi Frame Dies MFD012 from Nellie Snellen and those gorgeous papers form 3ndy Papir

I made this card for Trykkpressa Februar for Norwegian magazine Ett Trykk. And here is the sketch I had to follow:

A card is opening or expanding to both sides. It is folded like that to cover one side with another. The challenge here was to make both sides exactly equal so the under side would not be visible when overlapping.

The card is closed with the ribbon which is attached only at the back on the card and then squeezed under the frame on the left so it could easily slide.

When you open this card totaly it make one picture view were both sides are corresponding each other. This card can stand on the table.
For decoration I used picture from Crafty Individuals, pearls and some flowers covered with Stickles.

LO "Little dreamer"

Here it comes another project of mine - LO "Little dreamer". This LO is made with Multi Frame Dies MFD014 from Nellie Snellen

Someone may notice that the frame is bigger than an actual frame die. I used the die to cut a bigger hole which would actualy fit my photo. It is realy easy to adjust the hole size with those dies, he he...

This LO as well is participating in a challenge in Anonyme Scrappere Extra Guest designer challenge: Make details your own. I used DCWV cardstock paper for window frame and painted it with crackle paint from Rangers, than used Prima butterflies and covered it with crackle accents from Rangers, used a lace which is also painted over and a small metal detail filled with crackle accents. The backgroud paper is also painted with crackle paint...
Have a good and creative day!

A card "Congrats" - DT Kortgleder

Hi there! This week is my week at Kortgleder as DT member to present my works. Yesterday it was a Hat-Box, but today is a simple card for small girl "Congrats".

I used a stamp "Taily Hair" and Multi Frame Dies MFD 012 form Nellie Snellen. Papers from DCWV Pastel Pack and Crafty Individuals "Springtime" Book3. The stamp, frame and edges are colored with Twinkling H2Os - its a pitty you cannot see the shimmering effect on a card - its simply beautiful.

Have a wonderful day!

Do not forget to step by tomorrow - its gonna be another project on show, he he...

Just a simple present wrapping...

Wanted to give a present to my dearest Valentine, but the package was so terrible... And I had a very short timing to change it... Used a big chipboard vintage heart I have made some time ago in a scrap-meeting. A paper from Crafty Individuals, puncher form Martha Stewart, Title form Pink Paislee, metal heart embelishment and flowers, he he... love flowers...

I think now the package looks slightly better, he he... Although if I had more time... He  he...

Happy Valentines day, everyone!!!

Golden Vintage Valentine Book-box

Hello everyone! Here is my new project: Golden Vintage Book - Box for my dear Valentine. I found this wonderful challenge with very helpful tutorial on Vintage Udfordring blog and could not resist to participate. I love vintage!

This time my vintage is in different way. I remember when I was a child I found old Bible at my granny's with those amazing golden page edges. It looked so luxurious. When I thought of this challenge I could not stop thinking about those golden edges. And here it is - golden book.

This book-box will hide my present to my dear Valentine. Safely under the lock, he he... Sorry, cannot show whats inside, he he... But I will show it after Valentines day, ok?
Yes yes, lock is real and has a key, he he...
I love this folding of book spine...
And two hearts safely bonded together with the chain and nails...
Oh, those golden page edges... It required much work and consentration to fold and emboss edges of the box...
I hope you enjoy the result of Golden Vintage Valentine Book-box as much as I do!

LO and Card - OVA DT

Hello everyone,

Here are two of my new projects done for February challenge at Our Vintage Affair. The challenge this time was: three papers + sketch.

LO "Sweet and Sassy". This photo of Ulrika was made by friend of mine Laura - I love this photo! It is so different, so girlicious, sweet and dreamy... Three papers used: "Adored" from Whisper collection (Prima), "Garden Party" from Fairy Flora collection (Prima) and Grønn Ornament from Vibeke Spingseth (Scrappers Choice).

And a card "Love, Laugh, Live, and Dream". Three papers: "Forever" recycled papers (Claire Fontaine), 2 papers from "Postcards from Paris" collection from Websters Pages, and Bazzill cardstock for background...

A card opens and wishes might be writen inside - hidden from others, he he...
The paper stripe is working as a lock for a card. There is an opening under image to insert it in.

And here is a sketch for this month's card/LO challenge:

Thanks for stopping by! And do not forget to participate in OVA challenges!

Card for My Valentine

Hi everyone! Here it comes my new project - a card for My Valentine! This card is made as example for scrapping.lt challenge - circle card for valentine day.

For the top decoration I used canvas tag from Pink Paislee and distressed it for vintage look. I used Prima's blinkies as well to shape a heart around the picture and frame the title.
Closer look from a side...
I made a box for candles inside my card. A card itself opens in two ways and this is the view when you open it from the front.
From a side you can see better how it opens.
From back side card opens and there I can write a text to my dear one. As well it stays hidden for someone who does not know how a card opens, he he... Little bit mysterious, he he...
Thank you for stopping by!
